Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
are charged the one hour minimum ($100)
Those of you in the Pilates industry already know the deal here.
Most Pilates studios have a policy such that when a client cancels with less than 24 hours, the client is charged for the session. My policy is just like that. Like a studio, my business is appointment-based. It only works when appointments are kept.
So, if you'd like to re-schedule a confirmed appointment? No problem, just let me know more than a full day in advance by calling 323-270-2951. That way I can rearrange my planned work and perhaps help someone else.
