Cindy and Mikael purchased this fixer-upper in 2013. It was a complete fluke that this sweet home in a beautiful little town was not on the market. The seller, the amazing Fred Mazie, decided to sell to us.
The back patio became the Pilates studio, and the dirt back yard was transformed with ground covers and flagstones.
On January 7, 2025, the mountains were glowing with fire and the winds were strong and swirling.
On January 8, 2025, the fire sweeps through Altadena reducing many homes to ashes.
